Service model
Our clients are advertising agencies and corporate advertisers located outside the UAE, primarily in CIS countries. All services are delivered remotely via the internet.
1. Campaign parameters. Budgets, formats, geographies and KPIs are agreed in writing (usually via e-mail or annexes to the service agreement).
2. Delivery and tracking. Campaigns are delivered via our own and partner inventory with statistics tracked through technical systems.
3. Reporting & billing. At the end of each reporting period we issue a detailed performance report and an invoice for actually delivered impressions or views.
Jurisdiction & compliance
The company is incorporated as an international business company (IBC) under the Ras Al Khaimah International Corporate Centre Business Companies Regulations 2018. Operations are structured to comply with applicable legislation and banking requirements.
- All services are rendered online to non-UAE clients.
- The company does not carry out commercial activity within the UAE territory and does not generate UAE-sourced income.
- Each client relationship is governed by a written service agreement and monthly reporting.
- Both the company and its clients remain responsible for their tax obligations in their respective jurisdictions.
